Eventorbot direct extruder V1.7

This is a direct extruder from the original parts of the Eventorbot kit. It rides on top of the X-axis.

http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:227289 This is a new filament guide worked in the existing hinge structure. This simplifies the whole extruder and makes it more stable and incorporates the newest experiences I had with it.

One final change will be the shift of the hinge axis under or behind the drive gear so that the filament pressure cant lift the motor up anymore. This should be reduced with the new filament guide but would be the ideal solution.
