Piece of armour with lion head

I was looking for an shoulder armour piece to complete the wedding costume of my kids... first I was thinking making them out of foam, using evilted's great tutorials but since I was looking for 5-6 of them... 3d printer was a better solution for me... so this was my first try... work great , results looks good,...

I've just modify the original mesh and add a lion logo to it...

The pivot was too thin for my kid usage, they broke it... and fixing them on there costume was hard...

I publish this design since the result is great for costume... but at the end , I've start from scratch and build another design who fits better my needs and my kids full contact play style...see: http://www.thingiverse.com/Stonedge/designs
