Just modeled this cosplay hairclip for a Chii Chobits cosplay for a customer, I used XTC3D and sandpaper to make it more smooth

Post-Printing

To get it smooth

            <div><p>Apply 1 or 2 coats of XTC3D (or Zpoxy I guess) and if you want a matte finish use some 200 grit sandpaper then 600 grit water sandpaper</p></div>
