It is a new bearing design. It is customizable as it is written in OpenJScad.

There are two versions. One is full height and another one is half height. Normally I embed/fuse the half height into my other designs, where ever i need this.</p><p>If you are trying half height approach, keep 0.5T and 0.15mm gap between support and model as we need support between base and bushing(???). </p></div>

How I Designed This

For 608 bearing size other standard models found to be too weak, and the other design I uploaded looked too complex. so, I redesigned it and bit surprised with its strength and output. Surprised when 0.25 tolerance also worked very well.
In OpenJScad, first designed the 2D model and rotate_extruded it as bearing. Hope it will be useful for someone.
