LCD case for Prusa i3 type models. It can fit any Prusa i3 with an 8mm front frame
sits on a 45 degree angle.
Changes from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:770954:

1. Changed from original to fit on an 8mm frame.
2. Widened the gap on the back "hook" to fit my model.
3. Widened the SD card slot to be compatible with my model.
4. Changed angle of insert ramp on SD card slot.
