skewb rotating corner alternatives

These are alternative components to mix with the first Skewb design.

There is a replacement fixed corner with total surface and CAP piece, that replaces the original fixed corner and (prism-shaped) cap and (print each 4 times).

EDIT: removed new core design, where the bolts go from the inside to the outside, with nuts on the outside. This is superseded by thing ... (my newest remix) to recreate this setup in "twisty puzzle n-sided spider core", use

The bolts to use should be +-5mm longer than the original (ball core) design thus 25-30 mm with springs, or 20 mm w/o.

Both were tested (and work).

Newest features (v5):
Added snap-on connections for cap. =>failed test.
Slide on cap. Faied test
Added brim to inside out core .=> removed design, obsolete
