We're busy developing the game, Vicious Attack Llama Apocalypse (trailer)

And of course that raised the requirement to print a full-size llama mask from our in-game model!

I uses a generic brand of 2-part epoxy steel to glue it together and it holds very firmly.</p><p>The first time I printed this, I did it in ABS and experienced both warping and cracking. Although that didn't matter too much for the look of it, it meant that the parts didn't join together correctly.<br>So I suggest you do it in PLA or something that doesn't warp.</p><p>I used 100% infill because I was worried about cracking, but that leads to a lot of plastic, and with PLA I'm sure you could get away with much less infill.</p><p>Print with a raft, and lot's of whatever you use to stick prints to your bed (you don't want a long print like this lifting).</p><p>I've only printed one scaled-down version, and the parts do seem to still line up with each other.</p></div>
