Summary

I have one of these DogCooler hatch-thingies to hold the car door slightly open when the dogs are in the car. I have one, but I wanted to be able to open multiple doors to get even better air flow. And therefore I design this and printed two more.

I designed it in two part so they are laying flat while being printed. This should give the maximum strength.

I have designed it to leave the door 100 mm open. I have uploaded the freecad file if any one wants another length.

It is probably not necessary.</p></div>

Post-Printing

The two parts are pushed together. There is no snap lock or the like, so you will have to glue or weld the two part together. Being slightly paranoid, of cause I did both (and loctite on the solder iron smells really bad).
