S&W Shield 7 Round Mag Finger Rest

The grip on a Shield with the 7 round mag leaves my pinky dangling... That's fixed with this replacement base plate. It's longer - just enough so that despite my big hands, my pinky has a place to rest. The overall length is less than the 8 round mag.

I didn't pretty up the angles on the outside edges and there is a small (<1mm) gap at the back of the plate (doesn't affect function - in fact, it ensures there is no interference). If the angled edges on the sides both you, they can be sanded down.

Designed in FreeCAD. I'm not providing the editable file on this one (organizationally, it's a train wreck anyway).

1-21-14: Replaced the .stl with an updated version with better edges and less of a gap.
