Summary

This is a Christmas Wreath made out of my bike models.

Instructions

If you have a large printer you could print it in one piece (I am thinking an SLS or similar powder machine. Support material could be a killer on FDM machines.

If you are a mere mortal, like me, you probably need to print individual pieces. I uploaded the outer and inner rings as one piece each as well as in sections. Print them and glue together. For the 4 part ring, make note of the colors. I think Sxtn 1, 2,3,4 are counter clockwise, from 7 to 5 to 1 to 11 on a clock.

The inner ring can be printed in two pieces.

Print enough bikes to fill all the slots. Warning, the bikes were subtracted from the rings so there is zero clearance. With shrinkage, this may or may not work. I would suggest printing 3 bikes at 99%, 100%, and 101% and checking which fit. Make adjustments and go from there.

A nice green plastic would be "wreath-like" and print some bikes in Red to make a bow by interlocking them or acetone or otherwise gluing them together.
