Summary

This is a case for generic Chinese webcam module sold on ebay and other sites (shown in the photos).
The case allows the webcam module to also be used for astrophotography - you can unscrew the camera lens and insert the module in 1.25" interface of the telescope (replacing the eyepiece).
It can also be attached to standard gopro accessories.
I also used female Micro USB port module to it (also shown in the photos).

Post-Printing

Use some screws to attach the webcam module to the case (I heated them with the soldering iron before inserting them).
The micro usb module didn't need any screws or hot glue.
