Snowflake EDC Spinner

'Tis the season

Right on time!
I made a EDC Spinner shaped like a snowflake. I am just joining this whole craze and what better than making a snowflake shaped spinner? This could make a nice little present for those who fidget a lot.

The center uses a standard skateboard bearing (608-zz) (I bought some cheap ones from Ebay, took the shields off degreased them and applied a light coat of WD40). You should be able to just press in the bearing and get a nice pressfit but if that is not working your might need to use some tools to press in the bearing (like a vice (careful bearings could be crushed!)) or sand the hole a bit until you can snugly press the bearing inside.

At the end of each arm is a place where you can press fit in a M6 size nut for some extra weight/momentum which will give you longer spin times.

The little axle is not needed but I made it as small as possible and it gives you a nice snug screw fit and acts as a little handle as well.
