Instructions

Print!
Sand the top of the small cones that mate into the holes if necessary.
Sand the inside of the cone and clip pieces to get a slightly snug fit on the end cylinder.
Glue and paint.
Hunt down and destroy the Jedi.

Order of assembly (looking left to right) is: Hilt - middle - end cylinder - clip - half cone. Clip and half cone slide over the end cylinder.

Make sure you print with at least 2 shells to improve the strength of it. 25% fill on my Cupcake seems to work well.
