15mm OD x 4mm ID x 1mm Thick Washer

After my shocking, literally Earth shattering success with the 15mm Furniture Foot, I decided to extrude the base layer out into, of course, a washer. No crazy Elf Donut intermediate step this time; I just went right for the proverbial throat and made a washer directly. I know, right?

Anyway, the truth is that I really liked how the Furniture Foot performed in the real world when printed from TPU, so I decided that it was time to mass produce some TPU washers. The earlier washer design that I had made for the Robo 3D tensioner screws was great and all, but I thought it would be nice to have something on hand with that #6 (4mm) center hole and a much larger outer diameter of 15mm. So, the dimensions are thus:

15mm OD x 4mm ID x 1mm Thick.

This makes them pretty handy for a large range of uses. In the near future, I think I'll make up a whole washer pack to cover all of the basic needs. Tiny washers, big washers, basically everything from TO-220 heatsink washers to garden hose gasket type washers. Then you nor I ever need to go visit Lowes for a washer ever again, at least until the printer breaks on Tuesday.
