You can choose the size and material thickness directly in Customizer.

Instructions

You will need to buy a standard metallic hinge to attach the cover to the bottom of the box.

If you absolutely want to print this box, you can use the Customizer to generate the stl file sized according to your needs.
Values in customizer are measured inside of the box (without notches).

However, I recommend cut the all the parts in plywood, using laser cutter.
In this case, download the scad file, change the value of "ouput_type" to "DXF" and then export it to dxf format.

Glue all parts together and attach the cover to the box using the hinge.
