Thinkpad replacement "C" key

My dog decided to chew off the "c" key on my Thinkpad X61T, so I quickly modeled and printed up another. The top clasps work, but the bottom two don't quite click into place. It's close but not quite working, although it is possible that this is just a resolution issue on my Rep2. I just eyeballed the key shape, so it is a bit off.
