Robot Micro Servo Arm

This is a Robot Micro Servo Arm that I want to use to learn about servo motors. Probably I'll be making the hole robot and this could be the left arm of that robot.

I used 3 TowerPro SG90 servo purchase on dx.com (the third I thing I'll be using a grip or something.

This are the specifications:

  • Operating speed (4.8V no load): 0.12sec/60 degrees
  • Stall torque (4.8V): 2kg/cm
  • Temperature range: -30 to +60'C
  • Dead band width: 4 usec
  • Operating voltage: 3.5-8.4 volts

Last picture is Version 0.1 I make a hole so I can pass the cable through and put the all together.

I just uploaded a file that you can print out to have the Arduino Board next to one servo in order get stability. Also I put on the same file some washers that are useful to keep the rotating part of the servo in place.

I got some servos to finish the arm. Put them all together and and just deciding which gripper to use.
