download ba (http://balancedannihilation.org)  unpack the archive using 7zip  locate armflash.3ds  install upspring (http://springrts.com/wiki/Upspring)  load armflash.3ds  export .obj  install blender (http://www.blender.org/)  import .obj  export .stl (will fix wrong local cords.)  import .stl  delete faces that run over inner holes (which are there for having one texture face.)   create missing faces to close the bottomside (which isn't there for performance reasons)  export .stl
