Summary

This camera mount is intended to be used on a kayak flag pole I created.

The flagpole is a driveway marker made of fiberglass: http://www.homedepot.com/p/Blazer-International-Driveway-Marker-48-in-Round-Yellow-Fiberglass-Rod-381YDM/202498050

After printing, drill out the hole just slightly to make the fit VERY snug. You don't want the camera coming off the pole.

I drilled one more hole in the back near the bottom for a screw to keep the part captive on the pole.
