Universal Spool Holder V2

This is an updated version of this: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:190293

In the previous version the bearings some time were pushed down too far and got stuck. This version now has pins that press in to the chassis and engage the inside ring of the bearing.

Other hardware required for this:

• 4 scooter/skateboard bearings
• PVC pressure pipe with a ID of 17.5 mm. (DN 15 / NPS 1/2)

Update: Added a taller version of the chassis. Smaller spools like that fro Taulman will fit better with the tall chassis.
