Easy print D12, 20mm high, beveled digits
I tried http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:33313 and found the digits too sharp and caused print issues. I have made this one with the digits impressed with beveled edges, and it seems to work. Also made 20mm high. Works well sprayed with acrylic paint to fill the digits.
I also made the digits all the same way up in the pentagons (i.e with point at top and flat at bottom). Whilst this would allow 6 and 9 to work without an underline, I decided it would avoid arguments to leave that in.
I could not find a definitive reference for ordering of the digits, so I did it so facing 1, you see clockwise 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and of course the opposites that add to 13 (which does seem to be standard).
The other problem was that one side was flat on base and one was last layer, so did not look the same - this is solved by printing it all on an edge or a corner. To my surprise this works even with a sharp edged dodecahedron like this.
