Summary

An organizer insert for the large and small cards used in the Donner Party card game (https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/208673/donner-party). Openings are big enough to handle sleeved cards and it also adds some much-needed stiffness to the box.

For the perimeter, 2 layers is sufficient. For the bottom piece, 2 layers top and bottom, and for the top piece, 2 layers on top. I used 25% triangular infill but you can probably get away with less. This is a snug fit for the game box and you might consider 99% on the X and Y dimensions. Because of the size (205mm x 130mm), you probably want to use a material with minimal shrinkage to avoid corners peeling up. The only supports you need are on the bottom piece, for the inset holes.</p><p>As far as the print time goes, if you start now it will probably be finished before the sun burns out.</p></div>

Assembly & use

            <div><p>Unless you did this as a single piece it is held together with six 10-24 x 1.25 inch screws and nuts.
