Added Motor mounts hub (5, 6 & 8mm bore)

Omni Directional Wheel 140mm Diameter.

I know there are other Omni wheels out there but I wanted as a wheel with more rollers so theoretically it would roll a little smoother. Fingers crossed. I also wanted one that would be bigger and easier to print. So I decided to design my own. I haven't tested with all four wheels yet (still printing), but the first one I printed rolls smoothly.

Note: This part requires your printer to be very well calibrated.

Hardware:
3mm filament for the axels
30 - M3 (8mm L) button head screws.
30 - M3 nuts.

Printed Parts:
2 - Bolted half
2 - Nut half
1 - spacer (optional - needed if rollers rub together)

Assemble:
Pretty Straight forward. First 2 steps are the most helpful.

1 - Rotate the two halves to see the best possible alignment (Wheel may not be perfectly round). Once happy with the alignment, mark the two halves with a sharpie for reference later. Make sure all inner and outer holes line up

2 - Make sure the all the nut and screws fit in the slots. Carefully clean up areas with a X-acto knife.

3 - Place all the wheels and axels on the first half on the of the wheel.

This is a good time to make sure all the wheel turn freely

4 - Using the alignment marks for step #1. Add the top half onto the assembled pieces.

5 - Carefully pick up the whole assembled part and add the screws and nuts.

6 - Repeat steps 1 - 5 for the next wheel assemble.

7 - Sandwich the spacer piece between the two assembles. I mirror the two assembles so the all the nuts are on the outside. The button head screws give better clearance for the small wheel.

8 - Enjoy :-)
