Summary

Bottom replaces the standard servo underside. This one is based on a TowerPro MG995.
Servo needs additional work to make a winch.
additional parts needed:

5mm shaft (ie. stainless steel)
Drum to hold the winch line.
bearing 11x5x4mm

additional work:

remove potmeter and contol print.
make an opening in the side of the servo

extended workplan on request.
Different donor Servos might need different approaches
