solidoodle E3D mount and 40mm fan

I wanted a single piece mount that also cooled the hot end and the printed part with a single 40mm fan. I could not find one I was happy with, so I just designed my own.

This uses a 40mm fan to cool both the E3D heat break and provides a duct to blow on the part being printed to help cool it. about 70% of the fan is used for the heat break and about 30% for the part.

It is designed to mount directly to the Lawsy MK4 extruder (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:47561) using the 2 mounting holes on the extruder. It also holds the hot end in the extruder mount to keep it more stable. I had a problem with it rocking slightly without a clamp.

Please excuse the dirty heat block in the pictures. I really should clean it up, but my printer tends to see a lot of action! :)
