Redesigned extruder idler

It is an improvement I made to Greg Wade’s Herringbone extruder idler. The springs holding the idler in place, always used to pop out from their place, forcing me to watch the prints permanently or to lose a lot of work when I wasn’t around to watch. So that I decided to do something to avoid this. The result is the one you see. To print it, you should use a support for the retracted part of the base or if you think it is too hard, print the idler without a support and after printing, use a flat or triangular file to bring it to the right shape. Either way, the idler springs will never pop out again!
I made the design using AutoCAD 2000 (dwg. file format)
