Lulzbot Taz X Belt Tensioning System

I built my Taz to the original factory spec's, but I was disappointed with the tensioning system for the X and Y axes. After playing with a few designs, this one worked the best allows for relatively easy adjustment. The holes are sized for Dodge Fastener 3.8mm long, M3x0.5mm threaded heatset inserts because I had them on hand. This design uses the following hardware:

9x 3.8mm M3x0.5mm heatset inserts
8x 10mm M3 button head cap screws
1x 60mm M3 socket head cap screw
5x M3 washers

To adjust, simply remove the extruder mount to expose the 4 screws that hold the sliders to the carriage. Loosen the 4 screws slightly, then adjust your belt tension using the 60mm screw. Once adjusted, tighten the screws to lock everything back in place.

**Note - The X Carriage has not only been modified to include the adjustment slot, but I have also changed the cable management setup. This version has two clips on top which are identical to the filament guide pieces. I just printed an extra filament tube holder and zip-tied it to my cable assembly.
