Summary

install this in conjunction with childproofing hardware to prevent your growing children from ripping your cheap furniture doors off the hinges.

this upgrade was necessary for the childproofing latches i was installing. the latches were easily defeated if the doors were deflected downward.

Instructions

print with 4 shells at 20% infill at any layer resolution

this requires three #6 1/2" screws

installation

attach support to door with tape and close door to see approximately where it should mount
once positioned, predrill and insert a screw in the midpoint of the top slot
snug up the top screw and fine tune the position of the support
once aligned, predrill and install bottom two screws in bottom slots.

after installing four of these, i determined that the next iteration should make bottom slots vertically adjustable like the top slot. i don't plan on installing any more, so feel free to do this on your own.
