OpenSCAD OpenBeam Pillow Block Generator

I just got an OpenBeam machinist set and wanted to start attaching things. I designed my pillow block in Designspark Mechanical, then realized I really should do an scad version.
I borrowed bitswype's scad pillow block and tweaked it until it worked the way I wanted, and added some features and comments.

New for version 2 - I added some set screw holes in the side, so you can lock down the bearing or rod using a few screws.
