Summary

Since my old VOLVO 850 vehicle's AC panel is damaged, I don't have enough time / money/ knowledge to repair it. So I decide to replace it with Arduino and 3d printed panel.

Instructions

First you need to find the VOLVO AC manual for pin definition.

Google the keyword :Volvo 850 Auto AC Heater Systems (ECC) -

Using Arduino to read the damper motor position [0~5V], and driving the damper motor by using L298N (12V).
For future development, I also want to control AC compressor relay,
5 damper motor, and fan speed. Finally, I want to get all the temprature sensor value, and adding voice recognition chip for voice control , like : "warm", "cool", "more fan", "lower fan" ...

At that time, I can completely throw away the AC panel ... great ! I can't wait...
