Summary

Ever since I received the news that I will be getting a new nephew in a few months I have been inspired to create 3D printable toys. This is my latest creation the "Semi & Crayon Holder".

This toy rolls and plays like a normal toy truck would and also has a perfect storage system for 24 crayons on top of the trailer.

Instructions

Prints without supports.

Print the following parts:

(1) Semi.stl
(1) Trailer.stl
(8) Truck_Wheel_2.stl
(8) Semi_Axel.stl

The axles are split into halves. I started doing this because it reduced the print time for the axles dramatically and it also seems to hold the axle and wheel assembly together much better. I did the same thing on my Toy Logging Truck design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:192938) and everything seems to be holding up and working nicely. I also printed everything at 10% fill, but this design should work with pretty much any other setting.
