Dremel Bit
So, I lost my dremel sanding bits and I wasn't in the mood to go buy some more...
so.. I knew the M3 screws fit the dremel... so all i had to do, was 3d print a sanding bit, with a hole for the screw and superglue a scrap piece of sandpaper and done! You have a cheap new sanding bit! =D
You can take the idea and modify it to have bigger, smaller diameters or even a plate disc! =D
EDIT: Added de Flat version. Its intended for a flat disc sander. 5mm diameter, i use it that small because i dont want to force the dremel going with a bigger diameter. But you can glue a bigger Foam disc and should be good to go.
(in the picture, i used a 5mm black eva foam that i glued to the piece with barge cement, and then added a sand paper using the same method.)
(the bit with a worn out sandpaper is V1, the other one is the brand new v3, which has a smaller hole diameter so the screw doesnt wiggle, and a bigger hole for the screw head
