Fan Duct for E3D All Metal Hot End V5

This is a remake of the fan duct for cooling the E3D All metal hot end.
It has the same basic shape as the official one but was modeled from scratch in SolidWorks.
The internal transition is a bit smoother and the fan hole spacing has been adjusted to fit a bit better.
The fan duct in the photo is printed in PLA. PLA doesn't stand high temperatures very well but so far I've had no issues.
The screw holes for mounting the 30mm fan are sized for M3x16 machine screws.
