Summary

This is the shell for a 608 bearing that uses 6mm airsoft pellets as the ball bearings. I've also included snap in covers for the bearings. It took 11 iterations to find the optimal tolerances.

Post-Printing

Assembly

            <div><p>Simply push the airsoft beads into the bearing between the inner and outer shell.  The first 5 should go in easy, the last 2 will require some force.</p></div>

How I Designed This

The design was done using Fusion 360 and parametric approach so I can easily make adjustments to the dimensions for customization and tweaking with different materials.
