Summary

Replacement for a broken quick-clamp end. Beefed it up a little, but haven't tested it for strength at all. But the original broke, so it should be better than nothing. Besides, use a proper metal clamp if your after strength. :)

Ok so I'm still really new to this 3D printing game. Designed in sketch-up, so included that file if you want to modify it.

I wanted to give it as much chance of surviving, so I printed this with 100% infill. Though I haven't strength tested it (I don't want to break it or the other clamp's original part - I want something that might be able to be used).

The nut and bolt are the originals, should fit straight over. The holding face is moved slightly down the shaft to give more room to bulk up the piece, but should work exeactly as the original. I put the original's pad on the holding face (slight trim for me where it sat on the print bed) so as to spread the point of force in case a weakness between layers might be an issue if clamping non flat objects.

Print (I used 100% fill - didn't alter any other settings)
Replace broken part (only needed slight clean to fit the original face pad (?cover?) if used.
