Kossel Mini hot end mount for AluHotend

Two modified parts for using a Kossel Mini with AluHotendV4 (http://reprap.org/wiki/Aluhotend).

Changed shape of the fan duct to avoid too much airflow around the heater. Adjusted dimensions for effector and fan mount to fit the hotend.
