Summary

This lets you stack up 5 U.S. or Canadian pennies, and adapts them to fit in a hole for a 608 bearing.
The assembled unit is heavier than a 608 bearing, and also much cheaper.

Edit: I changed up the flange arrangement to better align the pennies in the spinner.
