Savoy Vase

A parameterised script for printing a Savoy vase by Alvar Aalto. The profile is an approximation to the original shape rather laboriously created from a photograph via Inkscape and DXF.
I see a much better curve in http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:225717 and need to improve mine.

The script is set up for the customizer but it does not support DXF files.

This needs Openscad 2013-06 or better since it uses the scale parameter to linear_extrude
