A little bust I knocked out
with sculprtis (just downloaded it yesterday) and made the base with truespace 3.2.
I ran it thru replicatorG
to confirm no lethal errors.
This was loosely based on a canabit (twilight zone 'To serve man')

printed ok

sculptris is an awesome software package for modeling that is free.
exports .obj files. if you watch the video on their page you get a good idea of how easy/fast you can model symmetrical organic forms. for the price (FREE!) it can not be beaten!
