miniprep vacuum manifold

I think this is the most useful thing I ever designed. Our lab didn't have a vacuum manifold to do minipreps so I decided to design one. after various trials I found that this is the first version that is actually usable everyday. it is very easy to print and it is designed this way to be completely air and water proof.
just print the two pieces and glue them with any strong glue. i personally printed in PLA and then glued with chloroform which readly melts PLA.
I suggest to over-extrude a bit to make sure it is strong and water tight.

this works very well with all miniprep columns. just use something to close the holes that are not used. we didn't have any contamination problems and if you look carefully all the buffers are very safe and do not represent a chemical or biological hazard.
We use a cut 1000uL tip to connect it to the vacuum. You can also print two and connect them in series.
follow standard protocol for vacuum.
