I use meshmixer to separate the vessels 、arteries、veins

Print it in three color with diamond hotend

Using Simplify3D to slice ，with ooze shield for color changing
(fail to use prime pillar with three color)

still not a perfect printing setting

hope someone can find out perfect setting for color changing
