This was created by one of my 7th grade students as part of a Genius Hour project. It's a large spinner with 6 outside bearings and one inside bearing. We used Bones Redz for the center bearing and inexpensive bearings for the outside.

Post-Printing

Use a vice to insert bearings into the holes on the spinner. Add finger pads (not included in this design) if desired!

How I Designed This

My Advanced STEM classroom works on Genius Hour projects every Friday. During this time, students are encouraged to explore an aspect of engineering that is interesting to them.
