Fidget Spinner with Weights

This is a fidget spinner toy using fishing weights instead of bearings as counter weights. The weights are 16 grams each, while standard bearings weight 11 grams. With weights instead of bearings, the fidget spins almost twice as long. (This is not a rigorous comparison. There may be differences in bearings that are not accounted for.)
The caps are also different such that each cap has a pair of tabs that slide into the tabs of the other cap. There is a small (~1mm) shoulder on the cap to prevent interference with the spinner.
A standard 608ZZ Shielded 8x22x7 Miniature Ball Bearing is used in the center.
The weights are barrel shaped and measure ~16mm long by 14mm at the widest part of the "barrel."
