Instructions

Printed using 0.2mm layer height, flat against the surface to minimize Z height. It's best to install the bed clip on the bed & top of rail first, then slide it into the bottom rail.

Also best to print out of ABS -- having this melt in your car would be most un-fun.

Depending on the roughness of handling, you might also want to make flexible coupling savers (this holds z axis down on the nuts).

To make the handle, print 2x Base + 2x Connector +1x handle. The dovetails in the connector & handle are tight and not meant to come apart, but the connectors should slide easily on/off the bases (there's a recess inside so they shouldn't come out by accident). The bases snap though the slot in the top of the Robo3d, and they have points on them for locator holes so they won't slide in the slot. You should be able to leave the bases in place during printing.
