Differential assembly. Body gear is involute spur: 18mm pitch radius, 36 teeth.Circular pitch 180.784326 somethings!

A differential assembly I've been making as a component for my machine. When I get my bearings through the post, I may redesign for those, but it works surprisingly well with just washers :D

Bill of materials:
0.2 mm nozzle (at least that's what I used)
0.1 mm layer thickness (again, what I used)
to print:
One of: DiffBase_x1.stl
One of: DiffCap_x1.stl
One of: Separator_x1.stl
Two of: DriveGears_x2.stl
Two of: LooseGears_x2.stl
I print all of these with raft, and exterior support only.

3mm steel (or sufficiently stiff) shaft. two of arbitrary length, and one of 30 mm.

eight, 3 mm washers.

some thin copper wire (I stripped mine out of a network cable).
