Power Tool Battery Adapter: Cordless to Corded Converter // Swap From Battery to Wall Outlet!

Here's a little adapter I made so you can plug your cordless tools into the wall if you need more power!

I had a spare 18V transformer lying around and used a female power connector that matched from my box of broken/spare electronics. You might need to wire up 2 outlets in parallel if you plan to do serious work (drilling/sawing). See youtube video here I made with glass:

1/4" quick disconnects (available at radioshack or online for pretty cheap) seem to fit the metal 'pins' perfectly. If you wire up the disconnects with 14 gauge wire you should be able to do 15A.
