I'd like to upload the complete hand model file, but as of right now financial necessity means I can only offer it through shapeways. I hope that the finger section may be useful to anyone interested.

I have an indiegogo campaign running, in order to raise funds for the Mk3 version. The Mk3 will have an open hardware cover system. This will enable people to download and create their own covers that can change the appearance or add functionailty to the hand. Improved functionailty would include electronics such as sensors.
