It was made to hold a 1/2" dowel to the back of an EZ-EL battery pack. The result is a flashing light wand for my Granddaughter.

Instructions

A simple 1/2: dowel holder made in Tinkercad. It was designed to hold the battery and controller for EZ-EL wire. This is wrapped around the dowel and terminates in a plastic star from a previous wand that had broken.

The holder has a crew hole to fix it to the batter compartment. However, you will need to countersink this to make a better fit. I should have designed that, but that is for another learning experiment. The final picture shows the wand lit up.
