Summary

An unnecessarily fancy spool holder. Spool width is adjustable using an M10 threaded rod. An M8 rod will also work.

Materials:
1x Outer Left.stl
1x Inner Left.stl
1x Inner Right.stl
1x Outer Right.stl
4x M10 washer
4x M10 nut
1x M10 rod, wide enough for your spool

There are four pieces to print - each side of the spool holder is printed from two halves with interlocking pegs. Depending on the size of your build plate you may need to rotate the object 45Â° to make it fit. The pegs fit into holes in the mating half. They are a tight fit and once they go together they won't come apart without breaking the pegs.

A note on print settings for the two inner halves - make sure you have a suitable solid infill threshold area and a low minimum print speed for layers with not much material (you will find this in the cooling section of filament settings in slic3r). These settings are important for getting good quality on the mating pegs.
