Summary

I was printing sneakypoo's Fully Printable PCB Vise for a friend, and he asked me if i could make a handle. I figured, "Why not?" I'm making another one for me. :-)
New version!
New for V.3: shaft is 3-way split, reducing stress while inserting. Also, matching shaft.
New for V.2: rounded, less-protruding knob shaft. Cleaner, easier fit.

Instructions

I used Autodesk 123D Design. I printed it with 4 shells and 15% fill, .3mm layer height in Makerware, on my Replicator 2. You might want to print the knob at 98% x/y (keep 100% z-height) if the lock tabs break when you insert the knob into handle. Also, heat the shaft with a blow-dryer to soften it up before insertion. Take care the knob sticks out opposite side of the + shaped key that mounts to the screw. It takes twenty or so revolutions to loosen up the knob, but it should turn freely after that. New tip: stuff some junk plastic (we all have scrap!) between the split pieces to keep it in place. Maybe add a tiny drop of super glue. Be extra careful not to glue the knob in place.
To note: you can install the handle either left-handed (as shown in the build photo) or right-handed.
